I love poetry.
It’s a stage for my voice – and for others too.
It’s where I can be anybody and speak.
It’s freedom to…

try other shoes
taste other emotions
empathize with others
go against the grain
be me
be someone else
be something else
be anything.

Usually, I write whenever I’m inspired.  But I also like to participate in poetry prompts that I find around the blogosphere.
